These terms govern the use of All Around Atlanta Roadside Assistance services and website.
Service Agreement
By requesting roadside assistance from All Around Atlanta, you agree to pay for services rendered at the rates quoted before service begins.
Service Area
We provide roadside assistance throughout the Atlanta metro area. Service availability and response times may vary based on location, traffic, and weather conditions.
Pricing
Pricing is quoted before service begins. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.
Limitation of Liability
All Around Atlanta is not liable for damage to vehicles that occurs due to pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or circumstances beyond our control. Our technicians exercise reasonable care in providing all services.
Cancellation
You may cancel a service request at any time before the technician arrives. A trip fee may apply if the technician has already been dispatched.
